What is the CAKEd Process?

What are you signing up for? Not much honestly. I have a full-time job and am a single parent, which means I don't have much time nor energy. Therefore, I greatly value streamlining things and being respectful of one another's time. This is a side-project I made on a whim in hopes of providing a less awful online dating experience. So what's actually going on? Submitting your info puts you in a "dating pool" of likeminded people who share the same values of treating one another with KINDNESS and EMPATHY (ie. compassion) and TRANSPARENCY.

Step 1: The Self-Selection Process

When you submit your information to CAKEd, you enter a "dating pool" of like-minded individuals who share our core values: KINDNESS, EMPATHY (compassion), and TRANSPARENCY.

Getting CAKEd

If a potential "match" is found (i.e. you are "CAKEd"), then I conduct a rudimentary screening of both parties.

Screening

Both individuals will then receive an email with follow-up questions and a 5-minute phone screening with me. If all goes well, you both get "caked" where I pass on your emails via email.
